The Board on Continuing Legal Education (CLE) approved NAIOP NJ for Accredited Service Provider Status, meaning that NAIOP NJ’s educational seminars are presumptively accredited* for CLE credits. In addition, NAIOP NJ’s educational events will appear in the CLE approved course catalogue that can be accessed by clicking here. This gives you added assurance that when you attend a NAIOP NJ seminar, not only will you be exposed to great content and excellent speakers, but you will also be able to count the seminar towards your CLE requirement.

*The Board on CLE can declare a course unapproved upon review of the course and you should continue to retain all course certificates as proof of attendance for a period of 3 years in case you are audited by the Board.
