NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate. NAIOP provides unparalleled industry networking and education, and advocates for effective legislation on behalf of our members. NAIOP advances responsible, sustainable development that creates jobs and benefits the communities in which our members work and live.  NAIOP New Jersey is committed to improving the professionalism of the individual, the image of the industry and the quality of life in our communities.

Advocacy

Strengthen, solidify and publicize NAIOP New Jersey’s identity as the voice of the commercial office, industrial and mixed-use real estate industry so that we are universally recognized by legislators, regulators, the business community and the public as an integral partner in the building and improvement of New Jersey’s economy.

Education and Communication

Communicate with members in a timely and concise manner in order to further their education and professional development, provide valuable information about and analysis of industry issues, and keep them up to date with economic and development trends.

Membership Diversity and Value

Target our recruitment efforts to reach all sectors, geographic regions and demographics of the industry.  Ensure that NAIOP New Jersey is truly representative of and responsive to our changing industry, which includes increasing numbers of mixed-use developers and younger professionals.  Promote and recognize member contributions.  Achieve an appropriate membership base that supports the Association’s advocacy goals and financial needs.
