Over
100 New Jersey Chapter members are directly involved in crafting, reviewing and
implementing our public policy initiatives. The Chapter’s Legislative,
Regulatory Affairs and Construction Codes Committees are comprised of members
who are expert at understanding and analyzing legislation, regulations, code
proposals and court decisions to determine industry impact and craft
thoughtful, balanced policies and recommendations that promote economic growth
while protecting environmental resources. Special Task Forces address major and
complex issues, such as COAH (affordable housing funding),
Redevelopment/Eminent Domain and the Energy Master Plan.
