In 2006, Wolff & Samson ably represented NAIOP NJ in COAH litigation, arguing that the regulations as applied to non-residential developers violated the standards established by courts that have previously reviewed New Jersey affordable housing issues.

Most recently, David Samson's work on Governor Christie's Transition Team was a key to ensuring that our industry's issues were at the top of the new Administration's Economic Development Agenda.
