NAIOP New Jersey Tours

NAIOP New Jersey occasionally hosts exclusive tours that give members access to projects of note.

Most recently, we enjoyed an exclusive briefing and tour of the American Dream Meadowlands, which will transform the former Xanadu site into an exciting entertainment and retail complex.

Other tours included: the massive redevelopment project at the Military Ocean terminal at Bayonne (MOTBY); the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail; and the new Giants/Jets stadium in the Meadowlands.

In the works for 2012: The Fort Monmouth Redevelopment Area.

Tours, usually joined by local officials, conclude with networking receptions, such as the "Tailgate" in the Stadium Club that members enjoyed last July.
