About the Award and the Honoree

Robert J. Donnelly is a 43-year veteran of Cushman & Wakefield in commercial brokerage, specializing in Corporate Advisory / Tenant Representation and select Landlord Representation. Robert is credited with being a frontrunner in the development of comprehensive corporate services. He procured and has maintained the longest standing landlord/leasing agency at Cushman & Wakefield having represented Headquarters Plaza in Morristown, New Jersey since it was constructed in 1980. During his tenure, Robert has been National Account Director for General Electric, AT&T, BASF and numerous others.

Throughout his career, Robert has represented numerous Fortune 500 corporations and has had oversight responsibility for hundreds of millions of square feet of office leases.

Robert has been the recipient of the NAIOP New Jersey 2014 Impact Award and multiple time recipient of the NAIOP Deal of the Year.
