Developing Leaders National Forum
NAIOP (Corporate) launched the new Developing Leaders National Forum (DL Forum) at Development ’11 in Scottsdale.
The DL Forum provides industry professionals who are 35 years, and under, and who have four or more years of related industry experience, the unique opportunity to network with and learn from fellow members and seasoned industry leaders at the national level. Like the senior National Forums, the DL Forum will feature peer-to-peer case study presentations and analysis, and moderator led discussions that demonstrate successful strategies to address the challenges facing the industry today. Throughout the two-year term, there will be regular presentations by senior Forum members, conference speakers and special guests on core industry issues. Concepts covered throughout the Forum period will be reinforced at the end of the term in a case study that will be critiqued by senior Forum members.
One of the goals of the DL Forum is to ready its members for senior National Forum membership and NAIOP staff will proactively work with members to prepare them for the application process at the end of the program.
The program runs from October 2011 to October 2013. More information about the Developing Leaders Forum can be found at the following link – DL Forum.
