Annual Meeting & Real Estate Forecast
Start Time Moved Back to 4:30 PM
Join us at the Short Hills Hilton on January 26 for the first big networking event of the year, NAIOP’s Annual Meeting and Real Estate Forecast. Is the recovery gaining strength? What real estate trends will we see this year? Where are the opportunities? Join your colleagues for an expert look at what is ahead for the real estate markets in 2011. This is an outstanding networking opportunity for Developing Leaders, so be sure to register your “35 and under” colleagues.
Our Keynote Speaker will be Rutgers Economist Joe Seneca, and Jonathan Schein of New Jersey & Company will moderate the panel: David Welsh, Normandy Real Estate Partners; David Simson, Newmark Knight Frank; Adam Spies, Eastdil Secured.
Due to weather concerns, the event will begin one hour earlier at 4:30 PM with cocktails and networking, followed by dinner and the program, which will include the election of the 2011 NAIOP Officers and Trustees, as well as the announcement of the recipients of the 2011 Commercial Real Estate Awards, to be presented at the Gala on May 12. The winner of the Gala Design Competition and the winning design will also be announced. This event sold out in 2010 so register now!
$140 for Members and employees of a Corporate Member Firm /$165 for Colleagues employed with a member's firm (subject to verification)/$210 for Non-Members.
