Daniel Kennedy, Chief Executive Officer, oversees the daily operations and programs of the association. A registered legislative agent, Dan works in consultation with the officers and board of trustees to carry out the association's mission. He frequently meets with and testifies before New Jersey legislative committees and regulatory agencies on matters of importance to the industrial and commercial real estate development industry.

Ernest Landante, Jr., Director - Policy & Communicationsworks with CEO Dan Kennedy and public affairs consultant Anthony Pizzutillo to craft public policy strategies and messages. He is responsible for all Chapter communications (including newsletters, the WeekEnder Brief, and email communications), public relations and social media. Landante is also the Chapter's webmaster, and he coordinates the annual Community Action project. Ernie is your contact for: the Legislative, Legal Action, and Regulatory Affairs Committees; regulatory comments; submission of newsletter articles; subscriptions to The Weekender Brief; requests to join our social media groups; NAIOP NJ's YouTube channel; and website content and membership directory.

Donna Laterza, Director of Membership & Special Events, is responsible for all Chapter membership recruitment and retention programs, special events (the Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala, Golf Outing, President’s Awards Dinner), Developing Leaders events (DL Mixers, “Evening with a Legend” series), and the award-winning Master Sponsors program. Donna is your contact for: membership status, benefits and dues; the Gala, Golf, and Membership Committees; new member orientations; Gala awards; and Deal of the Year submissions.

Ayisha Miles, Director of Operations, Programs, and Education, is responsible for planning and managing educational programs and the association's continuing education program, certifying programs and speakers, and maintaining continuing education credit records. Ayisha is your contact for speaking opportunities, the Community Action Project, tours, and continuing education credits for real estate brokers and salespersons, attorneys, professional planners, and architects. Contact Ayisha for updates on the status of certification for NAIOP NJ educational programs, and to register with the Chapter as a certified instructor.

Patricia M. Giaquinto, Fiscal Coordinator & Board Administrator, develops operating procedures, and provides administrative support to the Developers Political Action Committee. Trish is your contact for: Board of Trustees meetings; fiscal matters; Corporate Member Concierge Event Registration; and the Developers Political Action Committee.
