Is solar still hot? How can I make my office buildings more energy efficient? How do I evaluate my savings potential? What is the best way to finance the project? Who can help me make it happen? Get the answers at our April 12 Seminar “Renewable Energy Part II: Solar & Energy Efficient Systems for Office & Industrial Buildings” at the Sheraton Edison.
The seminar will feature BPU President Lee Solomon with a preview of the Christie Administration’s revamped Energy Master Plan and NJ incentive programs available for commercial real estate. The first panel will discuss Energy Efficiencies for Existing Office Buildings: in the rush to go solar, many have overlooked energy savings that can be realized within existing buildings. Learn how to evaluate the potential for energy efficiency in your office buildings, select the most appropriate technology and realize maximum savings. Confirmed presenters include Jeff Grant of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, Hemant Jain of Hess Energy Solutions Operations and Fred Fastiggi of Birdsall Services Group. Panel Two will be a Solar Case Study: you will learn how a New Jersey industrial developer evaluated, selected, financed and successfully integrated a solar energy system. Confirmed presenters include Frank Visceglia and Ray Willer of Federal Business Centers, Jamie Hahn of Solis Partners and Kevin Moore of Sills Cummis & Gross. You will also have the opportunity to meet the professionals who can help you meet your energy goals: sponsors will have tabletop displays with take-home information.
