Hunger Doesn’t Pause for the Season—and in 2026, the need is greater than ever.
Across New Jersey, more families are struggling to access basic food and household essentials. The Community Food Bank of New Jersey (CFBNJ) continues to be on the front lines every day—meeting urgent needs with compassion, speed, and scale. But they cannot do it alone.
That’s why NAIOP New Jersey is calling on our members and partners to step up loudly, actively, and together.
We are proud to bring back the Community Action Food Drive & Volunteer Day at CFBNJ’s Hillside facility, and this year, the mission is simple: do more, give more, and help more people in need.
We are asking you to join 100+ industry colleagues for a high-impact day of service. Together, we will sort donations, repack food and essential goods, and help move critical supplies into the hands of families across 18 New Jersey counties.
This is not just volunteering. This is direct action against hunger.
Gather your colleagues, coordinate carpools, and come ready to support the day together as a team. It’s an opportunity to connect with others, roll up your sleeves, and make a tangible impact in helping fill shelves for families in need.

Sponsorship Opportunities
We are currently offering two key sponsorship opportunities:
️Lunch Sponsorships
Help power a full day of hands-on service by sponsoring lunch for our volunteers. Lunch sponsors play a meaningful role in keeping energy high and supporting the overall volunteer experience, ensuring participants can stay focused, engaged, and energized throughout the day. Your support directly contributes to the success and momentum of this impactful community initiative.
T-Shirt Sponsorships (NEW)
We are also excited to introduce T-shirt sponsorship opportunities for 2026. Volunteer T-shirts are worn by all participants throughout the day at CFBNJ and serve as a highly visible symbol of collective impact. Featured prominently in group photos, social media content, and company communications, these shirts help amplify a shared message of standing up against hunger and supporting families and communities across New Jersey.
In addition, sponsors will receive visible recognition and appreciation across NAIOP New Jersey’s website and social media channels, ensuring meaningful exposure and public acknowledgment of their support for this important initiative.
For sponsorship opportunities or additional information, please contact Ayisha Miles at 732-756-9620 or via email at miles@naiopnj.org.
