How do tomorrow’s CRE professionals envision the redevelopment of Kearny Point? Transformation is already underway on Kearny Point campus with Hugo Neu's rehabilitation of Building 78 into a successful multi-tenant loft-style flexible office space and anchor to future site development. Discover each student team's vision for making Kearny Point a model for sustainable, resilient, cutting-edge commercial and industrial redevelopment and creating spaces for innovation and new job creation.

  • Converge: Join your CRE colleagues on April 3 at the Dry Dock Bistro at Kearny Point (directions).
  • Connect: Make and renew connections over cocktails & a buffet dinner.
  • Converse: You'll be buzzing about the creative visions offered by teams from Rutgers, Monmouth, Villanova, Montclair State and Baruch CUNY. Come out and root for your favorite school and see who wins the $5,000 prize!
