Our keynote speaker Congressman Frank Pallone (Chairman, Energy & Commerce Committee) will provide an update on Federal economic recovery subsidies, tax & policy initiatives, Gateway & power grid infrastructure, and emerging issues.

Senate President Steve Sweeney and Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin will join NAIOP NJ VP Public Affairs Gus Milano and CEO Mike McGuinness to discuss: economic recovery initiatives; incentives in the post-COVID-19 era;  FY 2021 budget issues; building resilience & preparing for future disruptions & economic survival; and more.
