Governors across the Northeast region are working together to develop plans to reopen the economy and balance public health concerns against the economic repercussions of a prolonged economic shutdown. This panel will discuss how public officials are working with the private sector to reopen the economy, what long-term relief may be available to offset the impacts of current business interruptions, how plans may differ across market sectors, and the phased plans aimed at returning the northeast region to full operational capacity. Panelists will include Joe Kelley, Gov. Murphy's Chief of Staff for Economic Growth and Rachel Loeb, Chief Operating Officer of New York City Economic Development Corporation.

As the world faces unprecedented public health concerns and corresponding business interruptions, leading executives are pivoting to address the COVID-19 outbreak and what it means for the future of work. Landlords and tenants alike are working to reconstruct the way we conduct business and re-enter the post-COVID-19 world. From in-office social distancing measures to increased cleaning and sanitation measures, this panel will discuss the long-term strategies being implemented to prevent future outbreaks.
