10:30 AM – 21 South Street | 15 mins
Explore how a vibrant Class A office property anchored by major tenants, showcasing strategic renovations, strong market demand, and the positive impact of Morristown’s downtown revitalization.
11:05 AM – M-Station (Deloitte + Sanofi + Morris Proper + Tatte) | 30 mins
Explore one of Morristown’s flagship developments and learn about the vision and design behind this vibrant multi-tenant site.
11:35 AM – 12:05 PM – Post Gathering/Networking | Morris Proper | 30 mins
