The program will feature two segments, beginning with Keynote speaker Andrea Foertsch (Principal, Disruptive Space & Melrose Real Estate Strategies) on Honing the Innovative Workspace. "Innovation, technology and mobility are shaking up what has conventionally made a property successful. It's less about warehousing workers and increasingly about attracting and facilitating ideas," says Foertsch. The second segment will feature an expert panel on trends in building design that will include discussions on big data, designing a connected and sustainable workspace, cybersecurity and maximizing your building connectivity for tenants.
