Join us on June 18 for a special Chapter Lunch Meeting. Take a mid-day break to network with colleagues and hear about Amtrak's Gateway Program over lunch.

The Gateway Program is a proposed series of strategic rail infrastructure improvements designed to improve current ser­vices and create new capacity that will allow the doubling of passenger trains running under the Hudson River. The program will increase track, tunnel, bridge and station capacity, eventu­ally creating four mainline tracks between Newark and Penn Station, including two new Hudson River tunnels. The program also includes moderniza­tion of existing infrastructure. The Gateway Program is also expected to boost economic growth for communities and properties along the northeast corridor where NJ Transit operates. Our speaker will be Bob LaCroix, Chief Corridor Development, Amtrak.
