The budget battle, Gateway funding, fixing NJ Transit, creating a world-class infrastructure, stormwater utilities, water regulations, and community solar are some of the hot topics our speakers will cover at NAIOP NJ's  annual Public Policy Symposium. The program will include these segments:

  • Anthony Coscia, Amtrak Board Chairman
  • Keynote: Congressman Frank Pallone (D-6), House Committee on Energy & Commerce.
  • Paths to Progress - A Conversation with the Legislative Leadership: Senate President Steve Sweeney, Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin, NAIOP NJ President Gene Preston and Trustee Gene Diaz.
  • Connecting the DOTs...and DEPs & BPUs & NJTs...to Build a World-Class Infrastructure: Discussions will focus on the next steps needed to build/modernize NJ's transportation, water, energy and digital systems. Confirmed speakers: BPU Commissioner & former Senator Bob Gordon; NJDEP Acting Director of Water Quality Janice Brogle; and NJ Infrastructure Bank Executive Director David Zimmer.

Cancellation policy: By registering for this event, you agree to our payment and cancellation policy. Non-members must pay in advance. Refunds will not be given on registrations canceled within three business days of the event. If you must cancel, please submit your cancellation in writing to giaquinto@naiopnj.org. Only cancellations submitted in this fashion and at least 3 business days prior to the event will be honored.
