Jonathan Meisel of Jones Lang LaSalle and Jim Garibaldi of The Garibaldi Group will provide real world examples of ethical dilemmas faced by commercial real estate brokers.  Jay Rhatican of Wolff & Samson will offer a legal perspective on the topics of dual agency, disclosures/representations, commissions, and working with other agents. The audience is invited to participate in this stimulating discussion on the difficult ethical decisions faced by brokers in the field.
