The logistics sector of New Jersey’s Commercial Real Estate Industry delivers the goods for the Garden State’s economy.   New Jersey’s ports and the transportation infrastructure that supports them are critical to commercial real estate and the region’s economy overall.  Join us on November 30 to hear from key policy makers at the NJ Department of Transportation and the Port Authority of NY & NJ  about current major infrastructure improvements, the agencies’ response to the recent hurricane and their plans for providing resiliency in the system.  Additionally, you will hear from a panel of private sector representatives of the trucking, rail, container terminal and logistics industries regarding their perspective on what the future holds, and challenges and opportunities for the commercial real estate sector.
