The New State Strategic Plan & Post-Election Analysis

"This is a plan that will foster job growth in a sensible, sustainable and truly effective manner over the long term…and position New Jersey for sustained job growth, competitiveness and prosperity," said Governor Christie as he introduced his administration’s “State Strategic Plan” on October 19.  This plan takes a dramatically different approach whereby those industries that are economic drivers for the state will be targeted for priority treatment. Join us on November 14 to learn about this brand-new State Plan directly from Dan Kennedy of the Office of Planning Advocacy.

In addition, NAIOP NJ leaders will provide a post-election analysis and discuss priority legislative issues likely to be addressed during lame duck and early 2012. Presenters: George Sowa, Executive Vice-President of Brandywine Realty Trust and President of NAIOP NJ; Rick Cureton, President of Whitesell Construction Company and VP NAIOP NJ; Michael McGuinness, CEO of NAIOP NJ; and Anthony Pizzutillo of Smith Pizzutillo, LLC.

Please be certain to register at the rate you qualify for, as there will be a fee assessed for credit card adjustments due to registrant error. If you are unsure of membership status, please call 732-729-9900.
